Terms of Service

These terms govern use of https://printmypaper.me and services from Print My Paper. Related policies: Privacy, Refunds, Disclaimer.

1. The service

We provide commercial printing, managed print and IT printing assistance, and independent printer technical support (phone, chat, remote session, and scheduled on-site where offered). We are not an official representative of any printer manufacturer.

2. Quotes and print jobs

Quotes are estimates until artwork is approved and a written or emailed confirmation is issued. Color on screens is not a contract for press color unless a proof is signed. Turnaround starts after approval, payment terms, and complete files. You warrant you have rights to all content you send us.

3. Support sessions

Helpdesk time may be billed per the rate stated before work begins (including ads that disclose a paid service). Remote support requires your permission to view or control a device. We do not guarantee that every error code or hardware failure can be fixed without parts or replacement. We may refuse work that appears to involve piracy, unlawful circumvention, or impersonation of a manufacturer.

4. Acceptable use

You will not abuse chat or forms (spam, malware, harassment), attempt to probe the site, or use the service to print unlawful material. We may terminate access for abuse.

5. Site content

Guides are general information, not a substitute for the manufacturer’s documentation. Page content is owned by us or licensed; you may not scrape it to train models or clone the lander without permission.

6. Payments

Invoices are due as stated. Late amounts may accrue lawful interest and collection costs. Chargebacks opened without contacting hello@printmypaper.me first may be contested with session logs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job or session giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no fee was paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you supply, your misuse of remote access, or your breach of these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict rules, except where consumer law in your country mandates otherwise. Courts in Travis County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction for B2B disputes where allowed.
